For decades, Morrisville was a "sleepy little town by the airport" but the last two decades have brought growth and development making the town the place to be.  Thanks to the slow development of the Town, the growth that has occurred has incorporated amenities that are important to quality of life in the 21st century.  Commercial developments feature outdoor spaces that create a sense of place not found in commercial developments in towns that boomed much earlier.  Walking paths connect the neighborhoods and to the commercial areas.

Morrisville has much to offer famlies choosing to live in this great community.  The Town of Morrisville provides a plethora of activities and has invested in connectivity with parks and greenways throughout the community. 

Morrisville may be a town of 18,000 but the variety of restaurants feels more like a town of 180,000.  Italian, Indian, Asian to American bistro and wings, Morrisville's dining scene has it all.

Morrisville offers the convenience of well-known store names for shopping throughout the area.   Grace Park and Park West, two of the newest developments in Morrisville are shining examples of new urbanism's live-work-play centers.

Morrisville's enviable position near major thoroughfares means easy access to regional cultural attractions.  Less than 20 minutes away are the some of North Carolina's best museums, concert venues and sports teams.
